Emergency Management in a Dying Country

The real emergency is the orange wrecking ball, so how do you manage death from within?

The Roman Empire died of rot from within, now the U. S. is dying the same way, only faster. The people who voted to put a convicted felon in the Whitehouse need to be in jail themselves, but that is of course impossible. There isn’t enough money on the planet or places to build jails to treat them the way they deserve.

Since I retired, I have tried to become useful as a volunteer local emergency management helper. I have had no chance of making myself useful thanks to local and state political idiocy - this state has no emergency management and no capability to create any. Anybody who was involved in real emergency management knew that the only help we could get was FEMA.

Now of course, FEMA is being destroyed wholesale. There is nowhere to turn for help when it hits the fan. The state and local governments had already been turned into corrupt GOP bastions, and now the federal government is leading the charge toward total corruption and destruction. The orange cult is making sure that there isn’t enough left of the country to even hold an election, they want scorched earth and are getting it.

The Putin puppet in the Whitehouse is of course happy - he is going to get his super-luxury jet to fly around and lord it over the rest of us in style. Corruption is not a word in his vocabulary just as water is not in a fish’s vocabulary - they live in their environments and don’t know anything else.

I have no idea what to do now. Any suggestions, before I just put a bullet in my head?
