Flash: Crack epidemic hits Washington, DC

Big news, right?  Well, if you needed any more evidence that the rich, white males who run DC smoke large quantities of crack, look no further than the evidence presented by Paul Ryan in his so-called budget proposal.  Nobody in a non-narcotized state of mind could possibly have come up with something so wildly, insanely destructive - even Osama bin Laden couldn’t have hoped for this self-destructive of a proposal.  His “budget” is completely fact-free and out of touch, a condition widely exhibited by those doing drugs.

So maybe Paul Ryan isn’t on crack, but would it make any difference if he was?
