SCOTUS has invalidated the Constitution, so what do we do now?

The Supreme Court has said that the President of the United States is above the law. This has to have the founding fathers spinning in their graves faster than a blender, because they put their lives on the line to make sure that the leader of this country was NOT a king. The founders were fed up with the king, and wanted nothing to do with him, and here the supremes have made our President one.

Yes, we knew the McConnell court was not a real SCOTUS - they had proved that several times before this. A couple of blatantly corrupt judges hasn’t helped things. They proved themselves liars by throwing away the woman’s right to control her body. Now they threw out the Constitution. We knew that they were acolytes of the orange baboon already, but this is fucking ridiculous even by that standard. By throwing out the constitution, they also invalidated every arm of the government, including themselves.

The supreme idiots seem to have forgotten one thing - the orange loon is not president, Joe Biden is. They crowned Biden. The orange cult is suddenly quite vulnerable to its own stupidity.

There is now no valid U. S. Government

Since the government is no longer valid and the president immune to the law, there is nothing to stop Biden from closing the Supreme Court and Congress and running things himself. While I think that Joe Biden is far too honorable to take the kind of extreme advantage of this situation that the orange cult would, I see no reason why he could not simply pitch out every SCOTUS decision of the last court term and replace the court with his own. He is king now, after all. He could also outlaw the orange party and jail all of the members. By destroying the Constitution, the SCOTUS has destroyed itself and all of the structures that support it.

I am sure that the orange party and/or the American Taliban will try to turn this into a constitutional convention with the intent to write themselves a new government, but King Biden could just dispose of that notion with a wave of his hand. When you make someone king, you need to consider the consequences.

A way forward

In keeping with the Joe Biden we have seen in the past, I would expect the President to be a benevolent dictator and fix the problem properly. One very beneficial decree would be that the orange idiot would be exiled to Russia and his citizenship revoked. This is a far higher form of justice than the courts could mete out on their best days. Cancelling corporate personhood would be another, along with eliminating PAC donor anonymity. That would lessen the corruption in Congress immediately. It would also unmask the billionaire fascists that have backed the orange cult with billions of dollars.

Cancelling all of the last SCOTUS term’s decisions, then eliminating the false judges and asking the real judges he replaced them with to revisit the garbage that came out of the lunatic-controlled asylum would be a good step. Running the crackheads out of Congress would be a good step, but harder to do without the dictator part of the role coming out. Outlawing a political party, or rather jailing what is already a bunch of outlaws, is hard to do without looking like the orangutan’s mentor Putin. Handling appearances properly is critical at this stage.

Eliminating the crap decisions would also restore the validity of the government structure, so in order to do it properly, he would have to swap out the judges BEFORE he cancelled the stupid decisions, but he has plenty of intelligent help to make sure he gets things in the right order. All of this means that he would no longer be above the law, and that means the lunatics in the Congress would take another cheap shot at him, but at least the legal basis for the government would be back in place.

The most pleasant effect of the whole thing would be that the legitimate criminal trials of the orange sewer pipe could go back to where they should be (with the perp absent) and he would be in jail instantly if he tried to come back to this country. Let Putin have his problem child - I’ll bet that he doesn’t want the orange baby around any more than any adult. There would be a certain level of justice there, as well.
