The U. S. is now a Russian client state in all but name

For his being the worlds biggest liar on the world’s biggest stage, the orange pretend president is remarkably bad at hiding the truth, Of course, because he lies so much and so often, nobody believes the few nuggets of truth he drops occasionally. For instance, while he tried to cover it up, we knew early in his first administration that he owed his election to Putin. The orangutan’s useful idiots managed to bury the legal action that should have followed, but the truth was already out.

Likewise, while he later tried to lie about it, his latest disaster of an administration has pretty much followed the far-right’s Project 2025 plan to take over the United states, or at least the parts about destroying the laws and constitution. How much he really will do about giving power to the freaks is doubtful, of course – the fruit cake really does want to be emperor.

But back to the Putin deal: All of the old stories about someone selling their soul to the devil had the devil returning to collect it. Putin fills the devil role remarkably well, and he probably thinks he own the orange lunatic’s soul. Like every other child emperor, Trump shows little interest in the realities surrounding his current Whitehouse sojourn, spending more time and ego on his new Air Force One jets than the realities of the country and world. His current pivot towards Russia, then, is obvious. The orange loon is repaying his only real ally, the guy who pulls his chain. As long as Donnie gets his little ego-trip fiefdom, he doesn’t care who really wields power.

The person with the real power right now (besides Putin) is the Muskrat. The only person who will be really surprised if/when the Muskrat is unmasked as an agent of Putin will be the orange idiot. Anybody following the rat’s destruction of the government has to be figuring this out too. The orange cult had to completely destroy the old Reagan GOP before they would let him get away with it, of course.

With the real power in Washington in the hands of a Putin agent, the change from an independent country (the U. S. A.) to a new Russian client state (New Cuba) is well under way. Trump will get his little fiefdom and the title of King or Empower, but the real power is already winging its way over the North pole to Moscow. Trump is obviously already a Putin sycophant, but he will soon officially join Orbán and (likely) Xi in the ranks of Putin puppet state leaders.

Whether the insane consigliere Musk keeps any real power will depend on whether Putin thinks he can control him. I am betting that once Putin gets all he thinks he can get out of him in the way of destruction, Trump/Putin will eliminate him and put in a dependable apparatchik to run the new KGB in the former United States.

An early and obvious sign that this was all coming was the orange cult’s choice of “Truth Social” for Trump’s official lie outlet. It was an obvious bow to the debt owed, since “Pravda” is the name of Putin’s (and the Soviet Union’s) official bullshit organ, and the Russian word pravda means “truth” in English. This complete lack of originality is hardly novel in the brainless orange cult’s existence, but it was another blatant giveaway of their real loyalties.

We had a good few years, but the U. S. can now be officially described as a failed state barring some miraculous resurgence of intelligence and democracy.
