Murdoch’s Media Empire lives on Sullivan

I wonder how long it will take the fright-wing’s favorite cable channels to disappear under monstrous storms of lawsuits if Sarah Palin wins her NY Times lawsuit appeal at the Supreme Court like everyone is saying? Apparently, the stupids pushing to beat up on the NY Times don’t have the slightest clue how much they are destroying their own armor if they win - faux noise and the other fruitcake cable loonies LIVE on the protections that they are trying to strip away because they are the ones doing 99% of the lying.

What would happen to Faux Noise if, say, Dominion voting machines sued them over the obvious, known lies they told about them after they knew without a doubt they were lies? Without the Sullivan defense, the judge would laugh at the defense attorneys and the Murdoch family would be in bankruptcy court so fast their lawyers would have their ties wrapped around their neck and strangling them by the speed their heads were snapped around.

Thinking has never been anything the right indulged in. but sometimes it just gets a bit ridiculous.
